Unseen questions
Mock exam questions are kept apart. They do not appear in the lesson quizzes, the diagnostic or the free test, so a good score is not a memory of answers.
Timed · unseen questions · no hints
A RERA mock exam shows what holds when the clock runs and the hints are gone. The DLD publishes no format for the broker exam, so ours is a training format: 50 questions, 60 minutes, and 75% as the target. Your score by topic arrives when you submit.

First, the free practice test.
This is our training format. The DLD publishes no question count, duration or pass mark for the broker exam, so no one can honestly call a format “official”.
Guides report 50 to 70 questions, 1 to 2 hours and 70% to 75%. We take a point inside that range and a target at its top. If the DLD publishes a format, we will say so here and change ours.
The Real Estate Broker mock exam
Quizzes teach. A mock exam measures. That is why it removes every help.
Mock exam questions are kept apart. They do not appear in the lesson quizzes, the diagnostic or the free test, so a good score is not a memory of answers.
In a quiz, a hint points to the rule and removes two options. In a mock exam you read the question and decide, as you will on the day.
You can read practice questions in six languages. Mock exams stay in the exam language, so you learn the exact words. See study in your language.
A mock exam is balanced across seven areas, so one strong topic cannot hide a weak one.
The weights are our own choice. The DLD does not publish an official split.
When you submit, you see your score for each area and the lessons to reread first. See the lessons

Take a timed mock exam before you reread the theory: it tells you what to reread.
Your first score will probably be lower than your quiz scores. That is normal. Quizzes give hints. Mock exams do not.
A mock exam measures. Take it once you have done the lessons and quizzes. Otherwise you waste unseen questions.
One sitting, phone off, no notes. About 70 seconds a question: if you are stuck, mark it and move on.
The total matters less than the topics under 75%. Reread the lessons it points to.
Our guide: book your exam when you reach 75% twice, on different days.

Yes. Leave a few days between two attempts, or you measure your memory.
No. No site can promise that. A good score on unseen questions, twice, is a sound sign you are ready.
