4 weeks

You already work in Dubai property and know the forms and the market.

6 weeks

You know the market, not the laws.

8 weeks

You are new to property, or you study in a second language.

How each lesson works

Every lesson follows the same pattern, so you know where to look.

Read any practice question in your language

  • A short lesson that cites the law or the DLD guide
  • The exam traps: the two close terms people mix up
  • Two quizzes with a hint in two levels, then the explanation
  • Missed questions come back after 1, 3, 7 and 14 days until you know them
  • Your score by topic, and the next lesson to open

Begin with the diagnostic

It shows where to start, and which plan to take. Read the RERA exam guide for the facts behind the program.
