How you buy and use RERA Exam, in plain language.
In short
- One payment, no subscription: $40 for one card, $20 for a single module, $99 for All-Access.
- Access opens as soon as payment is confirmed and lasts 12 months.
- Personal access for one person.
- Refund within 30 days if you have completed less than 5% of the course.
- A study aid: no pass is guaranteed.

What you buy
Personal, self-paced access, for 12 months, to preparation for the Dubai Land Department (DLD) practice-card exams: lessons, questions with a hint and a written explanation, timed mock exams and progress tracking. Comprehension mode lets you read practice questions in French, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian or Chinese. It is not the DLD exam, it is not the DLD training, and it does not grant a practice card, a licence or a certificate of continuing education.
Price and payment
The price shown at checkout is in US dollars. Amounts in AED shown on the site are approximations. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown before payment. Payment is by card and is processed by Stripe: we never see your card details. A receipt is emailed to you.
Access
Access opens as soon as payment is confirmed and lasts 12 months. It includes the updates published while the course is offered. Your login is personal: do not share it.
Team licences
A brokerage can buy seats, from 5 seats, and assign them to its agents. Each seat is personal to the agent it is assigned to. The brokerage sees its agents’ progress, and agents are told so when their access opens. The brokerage can pay by card or ask for an invoice.

Permitted use
You may not share or resell your access, copy, extract or republish the questions, explanations, translations or lessons, or use automated tools to scrape the content. Misuse may lead to access being closed without a refund.
No promise of a result
Your exam result depends on your preparation and on exam conditions. The DLD publishes no question count, duration or pass mark for the broker exam, so the formats and targets used in our mock exams are our own training choices. Independence
RERA Exam is independent of the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of the DLD, RERA, Dubai REST, Trakheesi, any training institute or any brokerage. Fees and rules are summarised from public sources and can change: the DLD pages prevail. Questions are original and do not reproduce exam questions.
Liability
We correct every reported error. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price paid.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable at the publisher’s place of business, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer where you live.
