Privacy policy
What we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights. We apply the data protection law that applies to the publisher and, where it applies to you, the law of the country where you live.
In short
- We only collect what the service needs.
- We never sell your information or use it for advertising profiles.
- Card details are entered with Stripe, never on our site.
- Analytics cookies stay off until you accept them.
Who is responsible
Quartzium Learning Center, which publishes RERA Exam, is responsible for the personal information collected on rera-exam.com. Contact it at info@rera-exam.com with the subject “Privacy”.
What we collect and why

If your brokerage gives you a team seat, it sees your course progress, the mock exams you passed, your last activity and your card expiry date if you entered it. It does not see your individual answers.
Cookies
Necessary cookies (session, security, cart, quiz progress) work without consent. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity if enabled) are only set after you accept them in the banner. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookies” link in the footer.
Service providers
- Stripe: card payments.
- Hosting provider: storage of the site, accounts and technical logs.
- Email service provider: receipts, password links, replies to your messages and the reminders you ask for.
- Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity: analytics, only with your consent.
- WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to message us there.
These providers process information for us under contract. Some of them, and the publisher itself, may process information outside the United Arab Emirates. Such transfers are covered by contracts that require a comparable level of protection. Information stored abroad may be accessible to authorities there under local law.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your information, its correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent. Write to info@rera-exam.com: we reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the data protection authority of the country where you live.
Security and breaches
Encrypted connections, hashed passwords, restricted access and backups. If a breach creates a real risk of harm to you, we tell the people affected and the authority where the law requires it, and we keep a record of every breach.
Independence
RERA Exam is independent of the Dubai Land Department and RERA. We do not send your information to either of them, and we have no access to your DLD or Trakheesi account. To learn more about the exam itself, read the RERA exam guide or try the free practice test.
