Module 0: the National Broker route
A free preview lesson on the programme and the card, limited to verified facts. Then the 15-question diagnostic drawn from the whole bank, with no hints.
National Broker card · Dubai Land Department
The DLD lists the National Broker card among its real estate practice cards. Here is what the DLD publishes about it, what our preparation covers, and what it costs: $40 once, with 12 months of access.
National Broker · full preparation
The Dubai Land Department issues thirteen practice-card activities. “National broker” is one of them, next to the standard real estate broker card.
Nobody may practise a licensed activity before registering and obtaining the card. That rule applies to every card on the DLD list. The card stays valid as long as the trade licence it is tied to.
We wrote this course for candidates who hold, or plan to apply for, the National Broker card. Who qualifies is the DLD’s decision, not ours. Read the DLD service page and ask your brokerage. We describe no programme terms such as duration, selection or allowances: they are not in the sources we verified.

The DLD publishes no question count, duration, pass mark or exam language for the National Broker card. So we built the course on the laws a Dubai broker works with, and we say so.

Lesson 1.1. Law No. 7 of 2006: the DLD is the only entity that registers property rights, and an unrecorded disposition is not valid. Law No. 13 of 2008: off-plan dispositions not entered in the interim register are void. Law No. 8 of 2007: buyers’ payments go to the project escrow account.
Lesson 1.2. The brokers register under Regulation No. 85 of 2006: licensing duties and penalties.
Lesson 2.1. Forms A, B, F and I, the four sales models and the transfer of ownership.
Lesson 2.2. Leasing: Law No. 26 of 2007, Ejari, the rent increase bands of Decree No. 43 of 2013, and disputes.
Each lesson has two practice quizzes. The last module holds two mock exams. The course is narrower than our Real Estate Broker preparation: ethics, AML and jointly owned property are single modules ($20 each, free for enrolled students), or part of All-Access.
Three confusions that cost easy marks
Form A or Form B. Form A is between the seller and the brokerage: it is the marketing agreement. Form B is between the buyer and the broker. Form F is different again: it is the sale agreement between seller and buyer.
Form F or Form I. Form F joins seller and buyer. Form I is the agreement between two brokers. A question about the sale agreement points to Form F.
Oqood or title deed. Oqood belongs to the interim register, for off-plan units. The title deed belongs to the main register, for completed property. The exam tests which register a given case sits in.
Learn, check, simulate. Each step tells you what to do next.
Comprehension mode lets you read any practice question, its options, hint and explanation in French, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian or Chinese. Translations are machine-made, then reviewed by native speakers.
Short lessons name the law behind each rule, so you learn the rule and where it comes from.
The hint points to the rule and removes two options. Then the explanation says why the wrong answers are wrong.
Our own format: 40 questions in 60 minutes, no hints, no translation, as on test day. The DLD publishes no format for this card, so this is a training format, not an official one.
We train you to 75%. It is a practice target, not an official pass mark. Your score by topic shows what to reread.

The DLD service page lists the card and its fee. It publishes no test format for this card: no question count, duration, pass mark or languages. Ask the DLD or your brokerage what applies to your application. We do not guess.
The DLD decides. Our verified sources do not set out eligibility or programme terms, so we do not either. Check the DLD service page before you rely on any website, ours included.
No. The standard exam has its own preparation: see the RERA exam guide. This course follows the National Broker card, with two domains: registration law, and sales and leasing transactions.
Yes. Practice questions, hints and explanations can be read in Arabic and five other languages. Mock exams stay in the exam language.
