2. One invoice
Pay by card now, or ask for an invoice by bank transfer. The invoice is in the brokerage’s name.
3. Assign seats
Add agents one by one, or import a CSV file with name and email. Each agent gets an email to set a password. Seats you do not use stay available.
4. Follow the team
The dashboard shows each agent’s progress, mock exams passed, last activity and card expiry date.

Licensing is not a one-off. The card must be renewed every year, after the annual test.

Agents from India, Pakistan, Russia, China, the Arab world and Europe can read practice questions in their own language, then train in the exam language with mock exams.

The DLD publishes no pass mark. We train agents to 75% on timed mock exams, and show you who is there. That is our target, not a DLD rule.

Does this replace the DLD training or the exam?
No. RERA Exam is independent of the Dubai Land Department and RERA. Your agents still follow the DLD training step and sit the DLD exam. This is preparation on top.
How do agents get access?
From the team tab of your account, add each agent by name and email, or import a CSV file. Each receives an email to set a password and start.
Can we see each agent’s progress?
Yes: course progress, mock exams passed, last activity and, if the agent has entered it, the card expiry date. You can export the table to CSV.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes. Choose “Invoice” when you order. Seats open when we receive the payment. Card payment opens them at once.
Is there a minimum?
Volume pricing starts at 5 seats. For one or two agents, buy individual preparations, or write to us.
Can we train agents for different cards?
Yes. You choose the preparation at the order, and you can also choose All-Access, which covers every discipline. See all preparations.
