rera-exam.com and the RERA Exam courses are published by Quartzium Learning Center. Email: info@rera-exam.com. You can also reach us through the WhatsApp button on the contact page.

Hosting

The site is hosted by a professional hosting provider whose details are available on request. Servers and backups may be located outside the United Arab Emirates. The privacy policy explains how your information is protected.

Independence

RERA Exam is independent of the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a partner of the DLD, RERA, Dubai REST, Trakheesi, any training institute or any brokerage. The name of the site describes its subject and claims no official status. It does not replace the DLD training or the DLD exam, it issues no practice card and it cannot act on your application. Our questions are original and do not reproduce exam questions.

Intellectual property

Texts, lessons, questions, explanations, translations, graphics and the RERA Exam brand belong to the publisher and are protected by copyright. Copying, extracting or republishing them without written permission is prohibited, including to train an artificial intelligence system.

Accuracy

The content is study material and general information. We keep it up to date from official sources, mainly dubailand.gov.ae and the Dubai Legislation Portal, and we date the facts we check, for example in the RERA exam guide and the fees page. It is not legal or professional advice. The DLD and the legislation themselves are the authoritative sources, and the Arabic text of a law prevails over its English translation. Translations on this site are machine-made, then reviewed by native speakers.
